We start off week 3 with a energy sensing exercise:


  1. Lie in your bed and describe how the energy feels.

  2. Move to a part of the bed that isn't normally used.

  3. The middle of a double bed, or the side if you normally sleep in the middle.

  4. Describe the energy again.
